Starter Packs Glasgow can only exist thanks to the generous donations and fundraising efforts of our loyal supporters. You can make a huge difference, from donating second-hand items, to sending us pack items you’ve bought new, or even spare cash that you’ve raised or found down the back of the sofa–every little helps!
Currently, because of Covid restrictions we are having to limit our drop-off donations to fixed slots. This allows us to quarantine the items donated to keep our staff and our customers safe.
PLEASE CALL 0782 541 2864 TO ARRANGE A SLOT FOR DROP-OFF.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT DROP-OFF DONATIONS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SLOT BOOKED.
Our collection service for house clearances, bulk up-lift (furniture, white goods etc) is still running. Please call our office on 0141 440 1008 to arrange a collection.
What We Can Accept
We can accept most household items for our packs, including crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, utensils, bedding, toiletries and cleaning products. We are also able to accept donations for our shops, which generate much needed funds to help us to continue the work that we do such as furniture, bric-a-brac, books, CDs and vinyl, DVDs, clothing and accessories.
If you’re unsure whether we can accept your donation, please read our FAQs or call us on 0141 440 1008 and we’ll be happy to help.
Whether you’re organising a sponsored walk, a bake-sale, or even a charity social evening, there are many ways to raise money for Starter Packs Glasgow. Why not get your school or workplace involved with a donations drive, or fundraising coffee morning? However you do it, we’re incredibly grateful for your support and it helps us to continue to offer our support to the people of Glasgow.
